I attended this program about 3 months ago. At first I wasn’t very interested in doing outpatient treatment. Honestly it was what was best for me. I needed a transition from rehab to the real world. Lori was a great counselor for me. She listen to me and allowed me to speak my mind without being judgmental. I felt like she truely cared about me as a person and my recovery.
They assisted my husband and I last Christmas with transitioning my son from a residential treatment center to the group home and then to sober living. There staff was extremely helpful and very caring through the whole process. He left sober living on August 21st of this year. He is living in an apartment and going to college full time. He is 10 1/2 months sober. He called Sunday night and told us he got a part time job. I haven't seen him sober since he was 16 years old for so long. He is now 22. He said it was the group home environment where the counselor worked very hard with him on the blue book. He said if he would have come home after his 30 day stint in residential care he would have went back to his old life immediately. They were there to answer every question we had and very promptly. I was a very scared mom with her son so far away and in such bad shape. They eased so many fears for me. The tour they had set up of the home and apartments made me more at ease. There was a lot of resistance from our son that day. The staff you have in place know how to handle this. The updates from his counsel every week were so helpful. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help and patience you had with us. You treated us with so much respect and explained everything so fully. It wasn't our first rodeo with rehab but never out of state being inpatient. He was in such bad shape and we were truly scared. You eased so many fears. Thank you!!!. You changed his life forever in a good way. He is truly blessed.
Great place
